Applications typically take 24-48 hours for approval but are dependent upon multiple factors such as background check, credit history, rental history, and income verification.
There is a $40 application fee per applicant. The security deposit is $500 per apartment. Internet service is available via bulk contract for $70/month.
Rent can be paid online through the resident portal or via check dropped off to the office during business hours.
Residents are responsible for their own electricity, internet, and city services.
Yes, we have a minimum liability policy that is required, and offer options for renters through our resident portal. You can also secure your own renters and liability policy.
King West One requires that residents make a combined 3 times the rent amount in gross monthly rent (gross = before taxes).
